In Mexico, more than 5,000 children now have hearing aids. In Slovenia, playgrounds were built at children's hospitals and funds raised helped support local orphanages. In Bulgaria, donations went to children's cancer and leukemia hospital departments. Money raised in Malaysia helped pay for corrective surgery for children with cleft palates. In the US seventy-five percent of the funds raised from McHappy Day efforts will benefit local RMHC Chapters, their children's causes and their communities. The remaining 25% benefits the Charity's global network of programs.
