To that end, the Global Inclusion and Intercultural Management team has established partnerships with key community based organizations and programs. These are true partnerships in that both parties see true benefits. Some of these relationships provides access to diverse talent and markets while others provide key insights into the issues facing communities that may also impact McDonald’s.
