The Voice of McDonald’s singing competition offers McDonald's crew members a world-class opportunity to achieve their dreams.

It's one of the ways we make McDonald's a great place to work: delivering our Employee Value Proposition of "Family & Friend, Flexibility and Future," and recognizing their skills to deliver simple, easy and enjoyable experiences for our customers.

For the 12 semi-finalists, Voice of McDonald's III was a thrilling journey from local contests and professional recording sessions to media appearances and live performances. During the online portion of the competition last fall, their videos were viewed over a million times!

Following the semi-final and final competitions in Orlando, Chenee Capuyan of the Philippines was named the 2010 Voice of McDonald's!
