Celeste Quintana has been an Owner/Operator since 1992.  Before completing the McDonald’s Owner/Operator training program, Celeste owned two clothing stores.  In 2006, her daughter Jessica completed the McDonald’s next generation training program and also became an Owner/Operator.  Together, they operate 10 restaurants in Jersey City and Newark, NJ.
