Prior to becoming a McDonald’s Owner/Operator, James was a Marketing Director in the banking industry.  While serving in his church, he met Owner/Operator Reggie Jones, who mentored him into the McDonald’s system. James has been an Owner/Operator since 2002 and owns three restaurants in Indianapolis.
