At McDonald's, success occurs at all levels. Take Thitthita, for example. She has only been in the United States for three years and has already been with McDonald's for two of them! Originally from Thailand, she likes working in the U.S. because it gives her the best opportunity to improve her English. Talking to customers and co-workers helps her learn the language even better. Currently, she is a cashier - and a college student. Ask her how far she plans to go and she's prepared to tell you with a smile in either Thai or English!
